Brock, Lindsay L. Bowden, and Lee A. Cirsch of Brock & Gonzales, LLP (“Counsel”) move to be relieved as counsel of record for Plaintiff Grant Mattos.
While Counsel has provided sufficient reason
for withdrawal, Item 6 of the proposed Order (Form MC-053) does not reference Counsel’s
client’s telephone number. In
addition, the
Status Conference
Re: default package and dismissal was continued from March 8, 2023 to March 28,
2023 after Counsel filed the instant motion.
If Counsel provides the Court with the telephone
number for Plaintiff, the Court will set a new date for the Status Conference
and insert that in the Order before signing it.
Counsel is ordered to give notice of this order.¿
