RE: PLAINTIFF’S REQUEST FOR DEFAULT JUDGMENT |

Plaintiff Michael Francati (“Plaintiff”) requests entry of default
judgment against Defendant Dexter Tiewon Gore, Jr., aka Famous Dex
(“Defendant”). Plaintiff seeks an award of $49,000.00 in damages.
The Court finds that Plaintiff has
sufficiently supported his request with the submitted declarations and
evidence. However, the Court notes that Items 1(a) and 1(b) of the
Request for Court Judgment (Form CIV-100) are blank. In addition, although
proofs of service were filed with Plaintiff’s default judgment package, Item
6(b)(1)-(2) of Form CIV-100 is blank.
Plaintiff may file a revised Form
CIV-100 prior to the hearing, or, if the form is not filed prior to the
hearing, by a date set by the Court at the hearing. Once the foregoing defects are
corrected, the Court will grant Plaintiff’s request and will sign the proposed
judgment.
