	[TENTATIVE] ORDER RE: PLAINTIFF’S REQUEST FOR DEFAULT JUDGMENT

Plaintiff Westlake Services, LLC, a California limited liability company, dba Westlake Financial Services (“Plaintiff”) seeks entry of default judgment against Defendant Rogelio Flores aka Rogelio F. Flores aka Rogelio Francisco Flores aka Francisco Aguilar aka Francisco Flores aka Painting Frankis. Plaintiff seeks an award of $38,921.00 reflecting $29,443.39 in damages, $1,273.30 in attorney’s fees, $6,356.55 in interest, and $1,847.76 in costs.

The Court finds that Plaintiff has sufficiently supported its request with the submitted declarations and evidence. However, the Court notes that the name of the defendant listed in Item 1(c) of the Request for Court Judgment (Form CIV-100) does not exactly match the name listed in Item 5(a) of the proposed Judgment (Form JUD-100). Specifically, “aka” is listed before “Painting Frankis” on Form CIV-100 and “dba” is listed before “Painting Frankis” on Form JUD-100.

Plaintiff may file a revised Form JUD-100 prior to the hearing, or, if the form is not filed prior to the hearing, by a date set by the Court at the hearing. Once the defect is corrected, the Court will grant Plaintiff’s request and will sign the proposed judgment.
