RE: PLAINTIFF’S REQUEST FOR DEFAULT JUDGMENT |

Plaintiffs
Carol V. Woodall and Charmaine T. Boucher
(jointly, “Plaintiffs”) request
entry of default judgment against Defendant Luis Daniel Rojas. Plaintiffs request
judgment in the total amount of $78,571.65, comprising $67,711.82 demanded
in the Complaint, $10,007.58 in interest, and $852.25 in
costs.
The Court finds that
Plaintiffs have sufficiently supported their request with the submitted
declarations and evidence. Therefore, Plaintiffs’ request is granted, and the
Court will sign the judgment. No appearance at the hearing is necessary.¿¿
