PLAINTIFF’S REQUEST FOR DEFAULT JUDGMENT

 

           

Plaintiff Vista Network, LLC (“Plaintiff”) requests entry of default judgment against Defendant Joseph Adamany. Plaintiff seeks judgment in the total amount of $396,594.00, comprising $390,000.00 in damages, $804.00 in costs, and $5,790.00 in attorney fees.  

The Court finds that Plaintiff has sufficiently supported its request with the submitted declarations and evidence. Therefore, Plaintiff’s request is granted, and the Court will sign the judgment. No appearance at the hearing is necessary.¿
