Plaintiff Joby Harte (“Plaintiff”) requests entry of
default judgment against Defendant Henry Glowa, individually and doing business
as The Law Office of Henry Glowa. Plaintiff seeks judgment in the total amount
of $471,967.22, comprising
$470,906.34 in damages and $1,060.88 in costs.
The Court finds that Plaintiff
has sufficiently supported his request with the submitted declarations and
evidence. Therefore, Plaintiff’s request is granted, and the Court has signed
the judgment. No hearing will be held.
