NISSANI’S DEMURRER TO PLAINTIFF’S COMPLAINT FOR DAMAGES |

Plaintiff in pro per Paul Dawson
(“Plaintiff”) filed this action on December 6, 2021 against Defendant Hooman Nissani
(“Defendant”). The Complaint asserts one cause of action for intentional
tort. In addition, item 10 on page 3 of the Complaint indicates that Plaintiff
asserts a cause of action for general negligence.
Defendant demurs to the Complaint in
its entirety. No opposition to the demurrer was filed. However,
the Court notes that on September 20, 2022, Plaintiff filed a First Amended Complaint.
Accordingly, the demurrer to the Complaint is moot.
