Michael H. Florentin (“Counsel”) moves to be relieved as counsel for Defendants Karen Shai (“Shai”) and Eminence Medical Management Solutions, Inc. (“Eminence”).   

On August 16, 2022, Shai and Eminence each filed a substitution of attorney. Thus, Counsel’s motions to be relieved as counsel are moot.
