	TENTATIVE RULING RE: PLAINTIFF’S REQUEST FOR DEFAULT JUDGMENT

Plaintiff Strategic Funding Source, Inc., doing business as Kapitus (“Plaintiff”) requests entry of default judgment against Defendant Migan Murray, individually and doing business as Rite Time Transport (“Murray”). Plaintiff seeks entry of default judgment against Murray in the total amount of $77,391.05, comprising $42,496.50 in damages, $6,803.94 in interest, $26,004.00 in attorney fees, and $2,086.61 in costs.

The Court finds that Plaintiff has sufficiently supported its request with the submitted declarations and evidence. Therefore, Plaintiff’s request is granted, and the Court will sign the proposed judgment and the “[Proposed] Order Allowing Filing of Copy of Agreement, Exhibit 1 to the Complaint, In Lieu of Original” submitted on September 27, 2023.

No appearance at the hearing is necessary.¿¿
