APPLICATION OF ANDREW D. RYAN TO APPEAR AS COUNSEL PRO HAC VICE

 

 

Andrew D. Ryan (“Movant”) applies to the Court for an order permitting him to appear as counsel pro hac vice in this action on behalf of Defendant Sigma Aldrich Corporation (“Sigma”).

The application is submitted with a declaration by Movant made under penalty of perjury and is in compliance with the requirements set forth in California Rules of Court, rule 9.40(d). Accordingly, the unopposed application is granted.

Sigma is ordered to provide notice of this ruling.
