	[TENTATIVE] ORDER RE: MOTIONS TO BE RELIEVED AS COUNSEL

DAG Law Firm, APC (“Counsel”) moves to be relieved as counsel for Plaintiffs Gabriela Ionela Keller and Cornelia Keller.

As to the motion pertaining to Gabriela Ionela Keller, the Court finds that Counsel has complied with the relevant procedural requirements (CRC 3.1362) and has provided sufficient reason for withdrawal. Accordingly, the motion to be relieved as counsel for Gabriela Ionela Keller is granted.

As to the motion pertaining to Cornelia Keller, the Court finds that Counsel has provided sufficient reason for withdrawal. However, the proofs of service filed with the moving papers indicate that the moving papers were served on “Gabriela Keller, on behalf of Cornelia Keller.” Counsel does not appear to cite to any legal authority demonstrating that this is sufficient. Pursuant to California Rules of Court, rule 3.1362, subdivision (d), “[t]he notice of motion and motion, the declaration, and the proposed order must be served on the client and on all other parties who have appeared in the case.” In addition, Item 7(a) of the proposed order for the motion pertaining to Cornelia Keller incorrectly indicates that the next scheduled hearing in this action is set for July 26, 2023.

Based on the foregoing, the motion pertaining to Cornelia Keller is denied without prejudice.

Counsel is ordered to give notice of this Order.
