Plaintiff State Farm
General Ins. Co. (“Plaintiff”) seeks entry of default judgment against Defendant
Yasmine Kanvour. Plaintiff seeks entry of default
judgment in the total amount of $172,796.96, comprising $151,194.01 in damages, $21,054.00 in interest, and $548.95 in costs.
The Court finds that Plaintiff has sufficiently supported its
request with the submitted declarations and evidence. However, the Court notes that Item 1(a) of the Request for Court Judgment
(Form CIV-100) refers to a “complaint or cross-complaint” filed on
November 17, 2022. However, no
complaint or cross-complaint was filed on November 17, 2022 in this action.
Plaintiff’s operative First Amended
Complaint was filed on February 17, 2023.
