record for Defendant Promises
Kept, Inc.
While Counsel has provided sufficient reason
for withdrawal, Item 6 of the proposed Order (Form MC-053)[1]
does not reference Counsel’s client’s telephone number. In addition, the
proposed order
does not list the time or place of the April 12, 2024 Final Status Conference or
the April 24, 2024 trial. If Counsel provides the
Court with a revised order prior to the hearing, the Court will grant the
motion.¿Counsel is ordered to give notice of this order.¿
