Cross-Complainant Enigma Management
Corp., a New York corporation dba Alliance Laboratories (“Cross-Complainant”)
requests entry of default judgment against Cross-Defendant The Testing Company
LLC (“Cross-Defendant”) in the total amount of $513,739.31, which includes
$475,239.75 demanded in the Complaint, $37,276.26 in prejudgment interest, $0
in attorney fees, and $1,223.30 in costs. (See JUD-100.) Cross-Complainant
filed a case summary, dismissed Roes 1- 10, and filed a declaration in support
of the application.
The
Court finds that the request is sufficiently supported by the
submitted declarations and evidence. Accordingly, the Court will enter judgment
as requested. No appearance at the hearing is required.
