	TENTATIVE RULING RE: PLAINTIFF’S REQUEST FOR DEFAULT JUDGMENT

Plaintiff Creditors Adjustment Bureau, Inc. (“Plaintiff”) requests that the Court enter default judgment against Defendants THC Design, LLC aka THC Design LLC DBA LA Specialty Design and 1346 LA, LLC aka 1346 LA LLC in the total amount of $38,855.42, comprising $32,416.61 in damages, $4,165.31 in interest, $911.00 in costs, and $1,362.50 in attorney fees.

In addition, Plaintiff requests that the Court enter default judgment against Defendant Rare Transports, LLC aka Rare Transports LLC in the total amount of $1,886.09, comprising $1,260.00 in damages, $161.90 in interest, $298.59 in costs, and $165.60 in attorney fees.

The Court finds that Plaintiff has sufficiently supported its request with the submitted declarations and evidence. Therefore, Plaintiff’s request is granted, and the Court will sign the judgment.
