RE: MOTION TO BE RELIEVED AS COUNSEL |

Newton W. Kellam of Kellam Law Corporation
(“Counsel”) moves to be relieved as counsel for Defendant Defense International
Corporation (“Defendant”).
The
Court finds that Counsel has failed to comply with the relevant procedural
requirements as follows: (1) the declaration in support is not made on the Form
MC-052 per CRC 3.1362(c) and (2) there is no proposed order relieving counsel
on Form MC-053 filed with the Court nor served on all the parties who have
appeared in this case per CRC 3.1362(e). Accordingly, the motion to be relieved
as counsel is DENIED without prejudice.
Counsel is ordered to provide notice of this
ruling.
