Plaintiff Stanley Denis, individually and dba Law Offices of Stanley Denis (“Plaintiff”)

requests entry of default judgment against Defendant Michael Geluz. Plaintiff seeks judgment in the total amount of $31,403.65, comprising $24,921.70 in damages, $5,491.32 in interest, and $990.63 in costs.

The Court finds that Plaintiff has sufficiently supported his request with the submitted declaration and evidence. Therefore, Plaintiff’s request is granted, and the Court will sign the judgment. No appearance at the hearing is necessary.¿¿
