Plaintiff Porsche Financial Services, Inc. (“Plaintiff”) requests that the Court enter default judgment against Defendants Artium Ame, Inc. and Keith Williams. Plaintiff seeks judgment in the total amount of $105,205.54, comprising $99,228.97 demanded in the Complaint, $2,374.01 in interest, $727.99 in costs, and $2,874.57 in attorney fees. Plaintiff also seeks judgment as set forth in Attachment 7 to Plaintiff’s proposed Judgment.

In the Court’s June 1, 2023 Order on Plaintiff’s previous request for default judgment, the Court noted that Plaintiff’s counsel had not submitted any declaration attesting to the amount of attorney’s fees requested. Plaintiff also did not file any such declaration in connection with the instant request.

Otherwise, the Court finds that Plaintiff has sufficiently supported its request with the submitted declaration and evidence. If the foregoing defect is corrected prior to the hearing, the Court is inclined to grant Plaintiff’s request.
