[TENTATIVE] ORDER
RE: MOTION TO CONSOLIDATE ACTIONS FOR TRIAL |

Defendants Eugene Chorny (“Chorny”) and Irina Ermakova (“Ermakova”)
(jointly, “Defendants”) seek to
consolidate the instant case with Eugene Chorny, et al. v. Samuel
Ohana, et al., Case No. 22STCV18736 (“the Chorny Action”). The instant case
and the Chorny Action were related pursuant to this Court’s October 17,
2022 minute order.
Defendants now move for
an order consolidating the instant case with the Chorny Action, or in the
alternative, staying the trial in the instant case. The motion is unopposed.
For the reasons set forth in the Court’s
tentative order in the Chorny
Action on Chorny and Ermakova’s motion to consolidate Case No. 22STCV18736 and
Case No. 22VECV01348
for
purposes of trial, the Court
grants the instant motion to consolidate for purposes of trial.
