Plaintiff Wintrust Specialty Finance, a division of Beverly Bank & Trust Company, N.A. (“Plaintiff”) requests entry of default judgment against Defendants Blue Moon Jewelry, Inc. a California corporation dba Blue Moon & Co., and Anas Jibawi. Plaintiff seeks judgment in the total amount of $36,310.82, comprising $31,435.60 demanded in the Complaint, $576.02 in general damages, $2,371.88 in interest, $594.26 in costs, and $1,333.06 in attorney’s fees. In addition, Plaintiff seeks a judgment “for possession of the following Equipment: Tiger 3D Printer. In the event Plaintiff recovers the Equipment, Plaintiff shall sell the Equipment in a commercially reasonable manner and file a partial satisfaction of judgment in the amount of the net proceeds from the sale.”

The Court finds that Plaintiff has sufficiently supported its request with the submitted declarations and evidence. Therefore, Plaintiff’s request is granted, and the Court will sign the judgment. No appearance at the hearing is necessary.¿
