default judgment against Cross-Defendant Mynor David Jimenez. Cross-Complainant
seeks entry of default judgment in the total amount of $44,912.32, comprising $42,200.00
in damages, $2,277.32 in interest, and $435.00
in costs.
The Court finds that Cross-Complainant has
sufficiently supported his request with the submitted declarations and
evidence. Therefore, Cross-Complainant’s request is granted, and the Court will
sign the proposed judgment.
