MOTION TO BE RELIEVED AS COUNSEL

 

 

Michael Gould and Aarin Zeif of The Gould Law Firm (“Counsel”) move to be relieved as counsel for Plaintiff Richard Armendariz.   

The Court finds that Counsel have complied with the relevant procedural requirements (CRC 3.1362) and have provided sufficient reason for withdrawal. Accordingly, the motion to be relieved as counsel is granted. Counsel are ordered to give notice of this Order.
