PLAINTIFF’S REQUEST FOR DEFAULT JUDGMENT AGAINST DEFENDANTS |

Plaintiff
Luis M. Sanchez (“Plaintiff”) requests that the Court enter default judgment
against Defendants Beach gas Inc. and Hooman Nissani (“Defendants”). Plaintiff
seeks an award of $168,972.02 reflecting $146,900 in damages, $17,906.80 in
interest, $3,359 in attorney’s fees, and $806.22 in costs.
The Court finds that Plaintiff has sufficiently supported his request for
entry of default judgment.
The
Court grants the request for default judgment and has signed the judgment. No
appearance is necessary.
