Erik Harper of Morgan & Morgan, LLP (“Counsel”) moves to be relieved as counsel of record for Plaintiff Bridgette Norwood.

While Counsel has provided sufficient reason for withdrawal, Item 6 of the proposed Order (Form MC-053) does not reference Counsel’s client’s telephone number. If Counsel provides the Court with the necessary information at the hearing, the Court will grant the motion.¿
