Plaintiffs
Birkdale Street LLC; Birkdale Street II LLC; and Birkdale Street III LLC (“Plaintiffs”)
requests entry of default judgment against Defendant Macro Plate, Inc.
(“Defendant”) in the total amount of $58,621.70, which includes $51,036.00
demand of complaint, $2,310.70 in costs, and $5,275.00 in attorney fees.
The
Court finds that the request is sufficiently supported by the
submitted declarations and evidence. Accordingly, the Court has entered
judgment as requested. No appearance at the hearing is required.
