||
|
AND RELATED CROSS-ACTION |
|
|
Anthony
McClaren of Perleberg McClaren LLP (“Counsel”) moves to be relieved as counsel
for Defendants Marada Enterprises LLC and Sarah
Lazow.
The Court finds that Counsel has complied with the relevant
procedural requirements (CRC 3.1362) and has provided sufficient reason for
withdrawal. Accordingly, the Court grants the motions. The Court will revise the date referenced in Item 7(a) of
the proposed orders from September 6, 2012 to September 6, 2022. The Court will
also list the May 2, 2023, May 3, 2023, and May 4, 2023 motion to compel
hearings on the orders.[1]
Counsel is ordered to give notice of this order.
