Plaintiff and judgment creditor The Irvine Company, LLC, moves for an order compelling a response to the set of post-judgment requests for production propounded to judgment debtor Rosa Reynoso.  Judgment creditor also asks for a monetary sanction of $885.00.

The moving judgment creditor has shown that it personally served a set of requests for production on judgment debtor Rosa Reynoso on 3-27-20 and that it has not received a response to the set of requests.  It is therefore entitled to an order compelling the judgment debtor to serve a response under Code of Civ. Proc. § 2031.300(b) and a monetary sanction under Code of Civ. Proc. § 2031.300(c).  

The motion of plaintiff and judgment creditor The Irvine Company, LLC, for an order compelling a response to the set of post-judgment requests for production propounded to judgment debtor Rosa Reynoso and imposing a monetary sanction of $885.00 against the judgment debtor is GRANTED.
