Plaintiff Ascentium Capital LLC’s (“Plaintiff”) Motion for Attorney Fees (“Motion”) against Ashot Teroganisian (“Teroganisian”) is DENIED.

Plaintiff’s Notice of Motion seeks an award of attorneys’ fees incurred in this action from Teroganisian, who is also cited to be “Defendant”.  (Notice, 1:25-26.)  There is no record of 1) Teroganisian being a party to this action, 2) that Teroganisian is responsible in any way to Plaintiff, or 3) that the Motion was ever served on Teroganisian.  As such, the court is unable to issue any award against Teroganisian and the Motion must be denied.
