Plaintiff Ascentium Capital LLC’s (“Plaintiff”) unopposed Motion for Attorney Fees (“Motion”) is GRANTED.

Plaintiff was the prevailing party in this action following a summary judgment motion.  (ROA #81.)  Plaintiff has produced evidence that a contract between Plaintiff and defendants Roxy Productions, Inc. and Ulises Otero (“Defendants” together) contained an attorney fees provision.  (Motion, Ex. A.)  The court has reviewed the billing submitted by Plaintiff and finds the hourly billing rates are reasonable, and that the billed amounts also appear more or less reasonable.

Pursuant to Civ. Proc. Code §§ 1033.5(a)(10)(A) and 1033.5(c)(5)(B), this court grants the Motion and awards Plaintiff the requested $16,099.50 in attorney fees against Defendants.
