Plaintiff Irvine Spectrum Center LLC’s unopposed Motion to Permit Filing of Second Amended Complaint is GRANTED. (CCP §§ 473(a)(1), 576; CRC 3.1324.) 

Plaintiffs are ORDERED to file the Second Amended Complaint without any changes, modifications, or alterations within 10 days.

Additionally, consistent with the prior order of this Court dated 7/7/22 and filed under ROA 32 requiring service of the First Amended Complaint, Plaintiff is also ORDERED to serve the Second Amended Complaint and to file a Proof of Service within 60 days.
