The Motion for Protective Order filed by Plaintiff Samuel Ornelas is DENIED.  The Motion fails to demonstrate good cause for the relief requested.

The request for sanctions presented in the Opposition is also DENIED, as under the circumstances presented, the imposition of such a sanction appears unjust. The request presented in the Opposition to advance two motions filed by Defendant RPM Plastic Molding, Inc. on 7/15/22 (currently set for hearing on 1/12/23) to be heard with this Motion is also DENIED.
