Attorney Sawsan Mansour, Esq. and BD&J, PC seek to be relieved as counsel of record for Plaintiff Mercedes Rose. 

Moving counsel has complied with the procedural requirements of C.R.C. 3.1362.  On the merits, there is good cause to grant the relief requested.

Thus, the unopposed motion to be relieved as counsel is GRANTED.  Moving counsel is to file a new proposed order reflecting the currently scheduled Mandatory Settlement Conference and Jury Trial dates.

The order granting relief is effective upon filing of a proof of service of the signed order on the client.
