Attorney Oliver Yang applies to appear pro hac vice for defendant Wilson Sporting Goods Company.

Pro hac vice application is missing the following two items:  (1) Oliver Yang’s dates of admission to the State Bar of Illinois (9.40(d)(2)) and (2) the date of Oliver Yang’s application to appear pro hac vice in the Leadfactors, LLC case in Santa Clara and whether he has made any other applications to appear pro hac vice in the past two years (9.40(d)(5)).

On October 20, 2022, the Court continued the hearing to allow Oliver Yang seven additional days to submit a supplemental declaration of Oliver Yang stating his date of admission to Illinois State Bar and stating the date of the pro hac vice application in the Leadfactors, LLC case as well as confirming there have not been any other applications made in the past two years.  Oliver Yang failed to submit a supplemental declaration.  Accordingly, the application is DENIED without prejudice to filing a new application demonstrating full compliance with C.R.C. 940.
