Anthony Arin Khodaverdian’s (“Attorney”) Motion to Be Relieved as Counsel (“Motion”) for plaintiff Martha Alicia Gutierrez Godinez (“Plaintiff”), is TENTATIVELY GRANTED.

Attorney has largely complied with the requirements of California Rule of Court 3.1362, has filed and served forms MC-051 and MC-052 on Plaintiff, and indicated good cause for requesting relief. 

However, Attorney has not filed the mandatory form MC-053.  The court will relieve Attorney of his duties as counsel of record for Plaintiff in this matter once that final form has been filed with the court. 

The court also notes that a Case Management Conference is currently scheduled for 08/04/23, which was scheduled after the Motion was filed.  Attorney is ordered to notify Plaintiff of the new hearing date, time, and location.
