Defendant Triple A Pumping & Jetting Services’s Motion to Compel Responses to Form Interrogatories- Employment Set One is MOOT.

Attached to the opposition, Plaintiff has provided her responses to the Form Interrogatories- Employment with a proof of service showing they were served by email on 4/11/23. As such the motion to compel is now moot.

In light of the circumstances of Plaintiff’s failure to respond, the prompt notification that the discovery request had not been received and Defendant’s delay in providing a copy of that request to Plaintiff’s counsel so responses could be provided, sanctions are not warranted.
