 MOTION TO CONTINUE TRIAL, THE FINAL STATUS CONFERENCE, AND ALL RELATED DEADLINES 

TENTATIVE RULING:

The Court has reviewed the unopposed Motion to Continue Trial, Final Status Conference and All Related Dates and rules as follows. 

The trial date is continued to December 5, 2023 at 10:00 a.m., with the Final Status Conference to be held on November 20, 2023 at 9:00 a.m.   

The Post-Mediation Status Conference is advanced and continued to September 6, 2023 at 8:30 a.m. 

All discovery cut-off and other pretrial dates are continued to be reset according to the new trial date.
