STATEMENT
OF MATERIAL FACTS AND/OR PROCEEDINGS:
This is an action for breach of
contract and fraud that was filed on April 2, 2024. Plaintiff alleges that
Defendants misrepresented their services, incurred excessive costs, and
delivered substandard work on a contract to produce a music video for
Plaintiff.
Plaintiff moves for attorney
Raeesabbas Mohaed to appear as Plaintiff’s counsel pro hac vice.

Accordingly, the application of Raeesabbas Mohaed to appear as
counsel pro hac vice is CONTINUED to Monday, July 22, 2024 at 9:00 AM.
The applicant is directed to serve and file a supplemental declaration
correcting the deficiencies identified in this ruling on or before July 28,
2024.
