• Whether personal service of the Amended Demand on the unrepresented Respondent is sufficient by itself, regardless of any unreceived hearing notices.

• Whether (and if so, how) Respondent was given notice of the April 19, 2018 Preliminary Hearing in arbitration.

• Exactly when the La Crescenta mailbox fire occurred and for how long Respondent's mail was affected.
