[TENTATIVE] ORDER GRANTING MOTION FOR ORDER
APPOINTING PARTITION REFEREE Dept. 48 8:30 a.m. January 25, 2024 |
On November 6, 2023, the Court
conducted a non-jury trial and granted an interlocutory judgment for partition in
favor of Plaintiff Leontyne R. Taylor. The
Court also set a hearing on the appointment of a partition referee.
On
November 20, 2023, Plaintiff filed a motion for appointment of Matthew L. Taylor
as partition referee (no relation to Plaintiff). Matthew L. Taylor provided a declaration consenting
to the appointment, and he provided a copy of his CV and fee schedule.
Based
on the Court’s review of the proposed referee and his qualifications, Plaintiff’s
unopposed motion for appointment of partition referee is GRANTED. Matthew L. Taylor is appointed as the partition
referee for the sale of the property located at 6039 4th Avenue, Los Angeles, California
90043.
Moving

indicating intention to submit. If all parties
in the case submit on the tentative ruling, no appearances before the Court are
