Plaintiff Guadalupe A. Medina and Defendant Nissan North America Inc. have reached a settlement in this Song-Beverly action.  On August 14, 2024, Plaintiff filed a motion for attorney fees and expenses.  On February 18, 2025, Plaintiff filed a reply to Defendant’s opposition.  However, the opposition was never filed with the Court

Defendant is ORDERED to electronically file and re-serve its opposition no later than April 17, 2025.

The Hearing on Motion for Attorney Fees, Costs, and Expenses is CONTINUED to May 1, 2025 at 8:30 a.m.

The Order to Show Cause Re: Dismissal (Settlement) is CONTINUED to May 1, 2025 at 8:30 a.m.
