[TENTATIVE] ORDER DENYING MOTION TO COMPEL DEPOSITIONS OF PLAINTIFFS

On March 26, 2024, Defendants Greg Zandate and Laura Zandate filed a motion to compel the depositions of Plaintiffs Noemi Ceja, Carlos Figueroa, and Dominique Santana.

On April 11, 2024, while this Department was dark, the Honorable Gail Killefer held an informal discovery conference, at which counsel agreed that Defendants would take Plaintiffs’ depositions on April 29, 2024 and May 1, 2024.

Accordingly, the Motion to Compel Depositions of Plaintiffs is DENIED AS MOOT.

Parties who intend to submit on this tentative must send an email to the Court at SMCDEPT48@lacourt.org indicating intention to submit.  If all parties in the case submit on the tentative ruling, no appearances before the Court are required unless a companion hearing (for example, a Case Management Conference) is also on calendar.
