On October 4, 2024, Plaintiff Bella Ava Jones Fernandez filed two motions to compel further responses from Defendant Brinker International Payroll Company L.P.

Defendant’s supplemental memorandum indicates that on October 11, 2024, Defendant supplemented its responses.  It is now unclear what remains in dispute after Defendant’s additional production.  The Court will continue the hearings so the parties can meet and confer about the supplemental production and file an updated Joint Statement.

The Hearings on Motions to Compel Interrogatories (Set One) and Requests for Production of Documents are CONTINUED to ____________________.

The parties are ORDERED to meet and confer and file an Amended Joint Statement no later than 10 days before the hearing.
