On October 21, 2024, Plaintiff SCIS LLC filed a motion to amend the default judgment that was entered on October 7, 2024.  However, on October 23, 2024, Defendant Neu-Ventures Inc. filed a Motion to Set Aside/Vacate Default and Default Judgment.

Accordingly, the Hearing on Motion to Amend Judgment is CONTINUED to December 24, 2024 at 8:30 a.m., to be heard with the Motion to Set Aside/Vacate Default and Default Judgment.

Parties who intend to submit on this tentative must send an email to the Court at SMCDEPT48@lacourt.org indicating intention to submit.  If all parties in the case submit on the tentative ruling, no appearances before the Court are required unless a companion hearing (for example, a Case Management Conference) is also on calendar.
