On the Court's own motion, the Case Management Conference, Hearing on Motion to Compel Arbitration and to Stay Proceedings as to Defendant Illumination Foundation, and Hearing on Motion to Compel Arbitration and Request for Stay as to Defendants City of Long Beach and Paul Duncan are CONTINUED to July 3, 2025 at 8:30 a.m.

Pursuant to the Court's April 21, 2025 order, the case remains stayed in its entirety.  (See Code Civ. Proc., § 1281.4.)  Accordingly, the Hearing on Motion for Protective Order as to Defendant First Rate Staffing Corp. scheduled for June 24, 2025 is taken off calendar as moot.
