On February 10, 2025, Petitioner Safeco Insurance filed this Petition to Open Underinsured Motorist Discovery Case.

On February 18, 2025, Petitioner filed motions to compel Respondent Daniel Moossazadeh’s responses to Form Interrogatories, Special Interrogatories, and Request for Production of Documents.

However, the Hearing on Petition to Open Underinsured Motorist Discovery Case is not until June 24, 2025, and no proof of service of the Notice of Hearing on Petition has been filed.  Respondent has not yet appeared in this action.

Accordingly, the motions are CONTINUED to June 24, 2025 at 8:30 a.m.

Moving party to give notice.

Parties who intend to submit on this tentative must send an email to the Court at SMCDEPT48@lacourt.org indicating intention to submit.  If all parties in the case submit on the tentative ruling, no appearances before the Court are required unless a companion hearing (for example, a Case Management Conference) is also on calendar.
