Background

This is a quiet title action.

On November 29, 2021, Plaintiffs SERGIO PARRA and MARGARITA PARRA filed a verified complaint against Defendants NOVA GROUP; TEAM SOLUTIONS; ROYAL SERVICE NOW; XCEL ENTERPRISES; MARQUEZ CATERING; PRIME VENTURES; TOP TEAM SERVICES; AMERIPRISE SOLUTIONS; DANCO VENTURES; AZUSA ENTEPRISE; CAL TEAM SERVICES; ANGELES ENTERPRISES; NEXUS SOLUTIONS; GRAND SLAM VENTURES; TEAM OAK; INOVEST POINTE; OPTION FINANCIAL; FIRST SOLUTIONS; GOUSA ENTERPRISE; APRIL DÉCOR; AMAZING, INC.; CAL WEST GROUP; HI VALUE ENTERPRISES; and All Other Persons Unknown Claiming Any Legal or Equitable Right, Title, Lien or Interest in the Property Adverse to Plaintiffs’ Title and DOES 1 through 20, Inclusive for:

1.      QUIET TITLE ACTION;

2.      CANCELLATION OF WRITTEN INSTRUMENT;

3.      SLANDER OF TITLE; AND

4.      VIOLATION OF BUSINESS & PROFESSIONS CODE § 17200

On March 8, 2022, Plaintiffs filed their First Amended Complaint (“FAC”).

On June 7, 2022, the court granted Plaintiff’s application for publication.

On September 26, 2022, the court entered default against all the Defendants.

Discussion

While there is a motion on calendar for publication of summons, the court already granted Plaintiffs’ application for publication of summons.
