Discussion
Considering that Plaintiff has (1) submitted the JUD-100
form (proposed order), (2) CIV-100 form, (3) submitted a memorandum of cost, (4)
submitted the declaration of a custodian of records (Mehdi Touhidi) to
authenticate Defendant’s customer account, and (5) submitted a Summary of the
Case, there are no defects with the application.
Therefore, default is granted against Defendant MARTIN DAZA
in the amount of $21,593.78.[1]
