This is an unlawful detainer case. Plaintiff PUENTE HILLS BUSINESS CENTER II, L.P alleges the following against Defendant JERRY CHEN: Defendant owes rental delinquency payments in the sum of $37,032.92 for April and May 2022.

 

On June 8, 2022, Plaintiff filed the instant action.

 

On July 19, 2022, default was entered against Defendant and “ALL OTHER OCCUPANTS IN POSSESSION.” 

 

On August 11, 2022, Plaintiff filed the instant application for default judgment.
