Defendant 4G Wireless, Inc.’s motion to compel responses to subpoena on non-party 7 Leaves Euclid, Inc. is GRANTED.  Non-party 7 Leaves Euclid, Inc. shall provide further response and the corresponding documents  to the subpoena issued January 6, 2023 within 10 days of notice of this order.  

Defendant is awarded sanctions against 7 Leaves Euclid, Inc. in the total amount of $1,660.00, payable through defendant’s counsel within 30 days of notice of this order.
