Defendant Jonathan Lew’s motions to compel Plaintiff Eric Booker’s responses to Defendant’s form interrogatories, set one, special interrogatories, set one, and requests for production, set one, are GRANTED. (See Code Civ. Proc. §§ 2030.290 and 2031.300).

Plaintiff Eric Booker is ordered to serve complete, verified responses to Defendant’s form interrogatories, set one, without objections within twenty days of notice of this order.

Plaintiff Eric Booker is ordered to serve complete, verified responses to Defendant’s special interrogatories, set one, without objections within twenty days of notice of this order.

Plaintiff Eric Booker is ordered to serve complete, verified responses to Defendant’s requests for production, set one, without objections within twenty days of notice of this order.

The court imposes monetary sanctions against Plaintiff Booker in the total amount of $918 ($306 per motion). (Code Civ. Proc. §§ 2030.290(c) and 2031.300(c)). All sanctions payable to Defendant’s counsel within thirty days of notice of this order.

Defendant shall give notice.
